By subscribing to Teravian Drops, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Digital Product Nature

Teravian Drops delivers digital intellectual property. Due to the nature of digital goods — which cannot be "returned" once accessed — all sales are non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

You retain access through the end of your current billing period
No prorated refunds are issued for unused time
No refunds are issued for any prior billing periods

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all access, including archived materials.

Exceptions

In rare cases of verified billing errors or duplicate charges, contact contact@teravian.com for resolution. Billing errors are the sole circumstance under which adjustments may be considered.
