1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Teravian Drops ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Platform.

Teravian Drops is operated by MCM Enterprises and owned by SlateRiver LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company.

2. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through Teravian Drops — including but not limited to frameworks, documents, PDFs, written materials, strategic notes, and system artifacts — is proprietary intellectual property of The House of Terravian.

Redistribution, resale, duplication, reproduction, or unauthorized sharing of any materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

3. License Grant

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the materials for personal use only. Access is granted as a license, not ownership. You acquire no ownership rights to any intellectual property delivered through the Platform.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for any partial or remaining billing period.

5. No Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, reversals, or chargebacks are permitted under any circumstances. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

6. Access and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these terms, unauthorized distribution of materials, fraudulent payment activity, or conduct detrimental to the Platform or its community.

7. No Retroactive Entitlement

Access to drops is limited to the period of your active subscription. You are not entitled to materials released before your subscription start date or after your subscription ends, unless otherwise specified by your tier.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall The House of Terravian be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
